Starting at the beginning of the pole journey, this workshop focuses on the building blocks for building simple pole combos. Focus on strength in the core/upper body while bringing some confidence and excitement to the way you move and hold yourself through the spins and movements. You do not need any previous experience to attend this workshop. (Please wear underwear. Please bring proper hydration and a yoga mat for warm up!)

Intended for those who already know a bit on pole, or attended the earlier class, to flow and groove to sexy tunes. In addition to connecting the moves learned earlier into various combos, a spicier approach to pole sport is taken by adding bodywaves, booty wiggles and floorwork. We’d love to see anyone who has cleared prior pole experience jamming out. (Please wear underwear!)

Learn the law in your state, what groups to join, and safety tips in our foray adventure while also detailing old myths and false tales! We will be gathering together for a lecture before going out into the woods for an epic educational hike. Time to learn and grow as a group! Be there or be angular!
